Create, test, and send an email campaign
Follow every step to configure, design, test, check, send immediately, or schedule a campaign in Sendora.
A Sendora campaign combines a sender, one or more lists, a subject, and email content. You can keep it as a draft, send a test, review its spam risk, and then send immediately or schedule it.
Begin with one measurable goal such as clicks, replies, registrations, bookings, or sales. The subject, content, and primary button should all support that goal.
Before creating the campaign
- prepare a legitimate contact list relevant to the message;
- verify or authenticate your sender address;
- create the template you want to use or prepare your HTML;
- review the remaining email allowance in My plan;
- prepare the destination page for the primary button.
Verify an old list or one containing substantial manual entry before sending. Invalid and disposable addresses detected by Sendora are automatically excluded from campaigns.
Choose the sender
Select a verified sender address and a name recipients will recognize immediately, such as your brand or a person's name with the company. An unexpected identity increases the risk of being ignored or reported.
You can set a different reply address. Use an inbox that someone monitors when the message invites replies.
Select recipients
Select one or more lists matching the subject. Sendora displays the unique recipient count and warns you when it exceeds your monthly allowance.
Do not select every list by default. More relevant targeting generally improves results and reduces unsubscribes and spam reports.
Write the subject and preview text
The subject should state the genuine value of the message without exaggeration. Preview text supports the subject inside the inbox and should add information instead of repeating the same sentence.
Vague subject
Replace a phrase such as “Our newsletter” with a specific promise supported by the email content.
Overly promotional subject
Avoid excessive capitals, exclamation marks, and unrealistic promises. Clear language builds more trust.
Missing preview text
Without dedicated text, some mailbox apps display technical or unhelpful words taken from the beginning of the email.
Choose and review the content
Select a Sendora template or use custom HTML. Review hierarchy, mobile readability, contrast, links, and whether one primary call to action is easy to identify.
Preview the result on mobile, tablet, and desktop. A real test email is still essential because mailbox applications can render the same HTML differently.
Sendora checks for an unsubscribe link before sending and adds one automatically when it is missing. Add it directly to your template when you want to control its position and appearance. Create and manage an email template also explains how to configure the web version.
With the Free plan, Sendora branding is added to the email during sending. Pro plans can remove this branding.
Add an attachment when necessary
Sendora accepts JPEG, JPG, GIF, PNG, and PDF files. Attach only genuinely useful files. A large attachment can slow delivery or appear suspicious, so a link to a hosted document is often better.
Send a test
Open the test on desktop and mobile and review:
- sender name, address, subject, and preview text;
- spelling, dates, prices, and contact details;
- every link, including the primary button and unsubscribe link;
- images, dimensions, and alternative text;
- readability without images and on a small screen;
- the address used when a recipient selects Reply.
Use the spam check
The spam test analyzes the subject, sender, and content, then displays a score and the contributing rules. Correct important issues first and run the check again.
A good score does not guarantee primary inbox placement. Domain reputation, authentication, list quality, and recipient reactions still matter.
Send now or schedule
Sending now begins delivery after the final checks. Scheduling reserves the corresponding emails from your allowance and lets you select a future date and time.
You can edit a scheduled campaign before it starts. After a major change, send another test and confirm the schedule. An email already delivered cannot be changed in recipients' inboxes.
Understand campaign statuses
Draft
The campaign is being prepared and its settings and content remain editable.
Scheduled
Delivery is planned for a future date. Review its time and recipients before the deadline.
Sending
The system is processing delivery. Do not duplicate it simply to restart the same campaign immediately.
Sent
Delivery is complete. Review statistics and replies next.
Error
Open the error details, correct the stated cause, and do not retry without investigating.
From the campaign list, you can edit drafts and scheduled campaigns, preview content, duplicate a campaign for reuse, or delete it when that action is available.
After sending
Wait at least 24 hours before a complete first review, then compare results with the original goal. Understanding your email campaign statistics explains opens, clicks, bounces, and unsubscribes.
