Terms of Service

These terms of service govern the use of the Sendora platform by any user. By accessing the platform, you accept these terms without reservation.

1. Purpose

Sendora provides an online email and marketing campaign management solution, allowing users to import contacts, create campaigns, track statistics, and automate sends.

2. Account creation and management

Using the services requires creating an account. The user agrees to provide accurate information, keep it up to date, and maintain the confidentiality of their credentials. Any activity carried out via the account is deemed to have been performed by the user.

3. Use of the services

  • Comply with applicable laws (including GDPR, anti-spam regulations, etc.)
  • Not use the platform for illegal, fraudulent purposes, or purposes contrary to public order
  • Keep account access credentials confidential
  • Not infringe on the rights of third parties (intellectual property, privacy, etc.)

Sending unsolicited emails ("spam") is strictly prohibited. Every user must comply with applicable email marketing laws and obtain the explicit prior consent of their recipients.

4. Intellectual property

All content, trademarks, software, and technology available on Sendora are protected and remain the property of their respective owners. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.

5. Personal data

The terms governing the collection and processing of data are detailed in our Privacy Policy. The user is responsible for the compliance of their own contact files.

Every marketing campaign must include a functional, permanent unsubscribe link. Platform users are responsible for managing removal requests from their own lists.

6. Termination

The user may terminate their account at any time. Sendora reserves the right to suspend or delete an account in the event of non-compliance with these terms or abusive use of the service.

7. Liability

Sendora cannot be held liable for indirect damages, data loss, or harm related to misuse of the service. The user is solely responsible for content sent via the platform.

8. Security

Sendora implements security measures to protect data and access to the platform, but cannot guarantee absolute security. The user must ensure the security of their own access credentials.

9. Force majeure

Neither party may be held liable in the event of a force majeure event making performance of the contract impossible (disaster, major outage, etc.).

10. Changes to these terms

Sendora reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be informed of any major change. The current version is always available on this page.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the competent courts will be those of Sendora's registered office.
