Understanding your plan and limits

Understand contact and email limits, verification credits, monthly resets, and plan changes in Sendora.

5 min read

The My plan page brings together your current subscription, usage, and billing options. Exact limits depend on the selected tier, so always rely on the values displayed in your account.

Review this page before an important campaign to confirm that your contact count and sent or scheduled emails leave enough capacity.

Contact limit

This is the maximum number of contacts your account can hold. It applies to your contact database, not to one campaign. A person included in several lists remains one contact in your database.

When the limit is reached, Sendora prevents new contacts from being added. Remove contacts you no longer need or select a higher tier. Cleaning a list improves quality, but invalid contacts retained for history may still count depending on their database status.

Monthly email limit

Each email sent to one recipient uses one unit. A campaign sent to 1,000 contacts can therefore consume up to 1,000 emails even though it uses a single template.

The counter combines emails already sent and those reserved for scheduled campaigns. This prevents scheduling more email than your allowance permits.

When the monthly allowance is reached, new campaigns are paused until the reset or until you move to a higher tier.

When do email allowances reset?

The “Emails this month” circle shows the reset date for your account. The allowance resets at midnight Paris time. This renews monthly sending capacity without deleting contacts, lists, or previous campaigns.

Verification credits are separate

Email verification credits are separate from the monthly sending allowance. Checking one address uses one credit but no campaign email. Credits are purchased on demand and do not expire until used.

They work with both Free and Pro plans. Read Cleaning a list with email verification to decide when to run a check.

Free and Pro plans

Both provide core features with different capacities and benefits. My plan displays the active plan, monthly or yearly billing period, and the next renewal date for Pro subscriptions.

  • Free is suitable for small volumes and lets you start without a commitment;
  • Pro increases capacity and includes benefits such as no Sendora branding, the AI assistant, extended report history, and unlimited users;
  • yearly billing covers one year while monthly billing renews each month.

Change tier

Select the required billing period and tier from My plan. Sendora displays its contact and email limits and price before confirmation.

Move to a higher tier

When the upgrade is compatible with your current billing cycle, it generally takes effect immediately and the remaining amount is prorated.

Move to a lower tier

The downgrade is scheduled for the next billing period so you retain the capacity already paid for until renewal.

Change monthly or yearly billing

The confirmation screen states whether the change is immediate or scheduled and shows any amount due now.

Choose a tier that covers your current database and largest planned campaign, with a small margin for new subscribers.

Cancellation and account access

Canceling Pro is not immediate. The account remains Pro until the end of the paid period and then moves automatically to Free. My plan shows the date, and the subscription can be reactivated before it ends.

Only the account owner can manage the plan, purchase verification credits, and open the billing portal. Other users cannot modify the subscription.

To change your payment method, update billing information, or view and download invoices, open My plan and select Billing portal.
